Who are Bill & Lizzy?

Bill and Lizzy are our two imported American wood fired smokers, originally from Cookshack in Ponca City Oklahoma.  

They are the beating heart of our smokehouse and have pride of place.  They allow us to smoke with different types and blends of wood and cook low and slow for hours, to produce the very best BBQ.
